We keep it fair, clear, and honest

We want you to succeed in our coaching, programs, and digital products. But we also want to protect the integrity of the work and the time we put in.


1. Digital Products

All digital products are final sale.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Once you download it and/or access it, it’s yours.



2. Coaching & Programs (Important 👀)

We don’t offer refunds just for “trying it out.”

But here’s how we do handle coaching fairly:

Your Commitment Matters

If you fully participate in the program, complete the core work, and attend/engage with coaching support, and you genuinely feel:

“I did the work, followed the process, and I did not receive the transformation or outcome described in the program promise…”

Then you may request a review-based refund within the first 30 days of active participation.


What “doing the work” means

To be eligible for review, you must:

  • Attend coaching sessions or watch replays
  • Complete core program assignments
  • Participate in group/community (if included)
  • Submit proof of participation if requested

No participation = no refund review.


What we do instead of automatic refunds

We may offer:

  • Additional support sessions
  • Strategy adjustments
  • Extended access check-in period
  • Rework of your plan inside the program

Because sometimes it’s not the program—it’s the application.


3. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for all payments
  • Even if you stop participating

Access continues until payments are complete.


4. Community / Membership
  • You can cancel anytime
  • No refunds for past payments
  • Access continues until billing cycle ends

5. Chargebacks

If there’s a problem, talk to us first.

Chargebacks without communication may result in:

  • Immediate loss of access to all products, coaching, and community spaces

6. Respect Clause

By purchasing, you agree:

  • Not to copy or share materials
  • Not to misuse coaching access
  • Not to misuse refund requests

Violation = removal without refund.

Results depend on your participation, consistency, and application of the material. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
